  2. Charlie Park cannot accept liability for loss or damage of personal items on Charlie Park premises

  3. Whilst Charlie Park will mitigate against risk of injury we cannot accept responsibility, howsoever caused.

  4. Charlie Park provide clear instructions to customers and employees on how to remain safe on the premises.

  5. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to supervise and accompany children for the full duration of their time at Charlie Park.

  6. No food or drink is to be taken into any of the play structures and only food and drink purchased at Charlie Park may be consumed.

  7. Before purchasing a session at Charlie Park one should fully read this safety policy and on entering our premises, all are bound by its terms.
